Jeff began his legal career in Buffalo, NY with the law firm of Goldberg Segalla. In 2010 he started Franco Signor LLC, a Medicare compliance company. Jeff and his partners sold to private equity in 2018, and sold the remainder of all interest to a strategic buyer in 2020.

Kara moved to Palma Sola Park several years ago with her husband Gary from the Chicago area. She is the former CFO of the Buttlerfield Country Club
Barbara was born in NY, raised in Mass., and after two years teaching in Montreal, returned to the Rochester area to teach for 32 more years. While visiting Bradenton one Christmas, her husband (already a snowbird) suggested they look at a house he had seen on Palma Sola Bay.
Barbara was adamant that their current situation was just fine but reluctantly agreed to see the house on Palma Sola Boulevard and immediately fell in love not only with the house but with the entire Park. Barbara moved full time to Palma Sola Park in 2010, loves its tree-lined streets, varied architecture, family atmosphere – and most of all the people of the neighborhood.
Gary moved to Palma Sola Park several years ago with his wife Kara from the Chicago area. He has been a Sales Consultant for over 10 years with a practice that takes him all over the world.
Kathy and I were married in 1973. I graduated Cum Laude from the University of Southern Indiana in December 1985, took a position with a major regional CPA firm and earned my CPA certification in Kentucky in 1988. In 1997, I became the Controller for SCH Services, a design/build engineering firm specializing in coal transportation, handling and blending. I retired March 15th, 2018.
My grandparents purchased a duplex on Palma Sola Drive in 1952. My parents took over the home when they retired, and Kathy and I began visiting annually. As we neared retirement, we began looking at property and knew Palma Sola Park was where we wanted to live. In December of 2018 we purchased our home on Portosueno and have enjoyed watching the Manatees frolic in the boat basin ever since.
Jen was born in Missouri and relocated to Bradenton with her parents and sisters in the first grade. She grew up swimming in the boat basin, canoeing and jumping off the bridge! She has many childhood memories playing in the houses and yards of Palma Sola Park.
Jen graduated from Manatee High School in 2007 and attended Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers where she met her husband John.
Jen currently stays home to raise their daughter Taylor but has worked in the mental health field and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. When ready, she’ll return to the workforce to help children and families in need! In the meantime, you can spot her in the neighborhood playing with Taylor. Taylor keeps Jen and John living busy and busy living! Jen is so grateful to grow her family in beautiful Palma Sola Park!
